Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before using the valantic SAP Academy PT (former Abaco Academy) website.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others accessing or using the service.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you should not access the service.
ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate, complete and current information at all times. Failure to do so may violate the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account at our service.
You are responsible for protecting the password you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether you are using the password with our service or with a third party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately after becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Upon confirmation of valantic SAP Academy PT (former Abaco Academy) training, any cancellations must be made in writing to geral@abaco.academy, considering the following situations:
- Cancellations made at least 20 working days in advance, before the start of the course, involve the payment of an administrative fee of € 100;
- Cancellations made between 10 and 20 business days prior to the beginning of the course, imply the payment of 25% of the total amount of the course;
- Cancellations made less than 10 working days before the start of the course, entail the payment of 50% of the total amount of the course;
- The non-cancellation in advance implies full payment of the course fee;
- The non-frequency, for reasons of force majeure, makes it possible to transfer the registration made for new action of the same course.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The service and original content, features and functionality are and remain the exclusive property of valantic SAP Academy PT (former Abaco Academy).
LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
Our service may contain links to third party sites or services that are not owned or controlled by valantic SAP Academy PT (former Abaco Academy).
valantic SAP Academy PT (former Abaco Academy) has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that valantic SAP Academy PT (former Abaco Academy) shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or allegedly caused by or in connection with the use or reliance on any content, goods or services available on or through any such site or services.

Term
We may terminate or suspend access to our service immediately without notice or liability for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms that, by their nature, must survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to property provisions, warranty waivers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to close your account, you can simply stop using the service.

The use of the service is at your own risk. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. The service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
APPLICABLE LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, regardless of the conflict of law provisions.
Failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to our service and supersede any prior agreements we may have between us in relation to the service.
CHANGES
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a review is material, we will attempt to provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined in our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our service after such revisions take effect, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using the service.
