    Cancellation Policy

    Upon confirmation of Abaco Academy’s training, any cancellations must be made in writing to geral@abaco.academy, considering the following situations:

  • 1. Cancellations made at least 20 working days in advance, before the start of the course, involve the payment of an administrative fee of € 100;
  • 2. Cancellations made between 10 and 20 business days prior to the beginning of the course, imply the payment of 25% of the total amount of the course;
  • 3. Cancellations made less than 10 working days before the start of the course, entail the payment of 50% of the total amount of the course;
  • 4. The non-cancellation in advance implies full payment of the course fee;
  • 5. The non-frequency, for reasons of force majeure, makes it possible to transfer the registration made for new action of the same course.
